Brew Science 是一款离线优先的咖啡工具箱 app。我们的设计原则是:能不收集数据就不收集,能留在你手机本地就留在本地。
目前,Brew Science 不会把你的任何个人数据发送到任何服务器。 你在 app 里输入的所有内容——品鉴笔记、养豆记录、自建冲煮配方、署名、语言与外观设置——都只保存在你手机本地(通过设备自带的本地数据库),不会上传、不会同步到云端、也不会被我们看到。
卸载 app 即会删除这些本地数据;我们没有服务器端账号系统,因此也没有"额外"需要删除的数据。
"粒径分布"功能需要拍照或从相册选取照片,用于在你手机本地分析研磨颗粒粗细。这张照片只在你的设备上处理,不会被上传、不会被保存到 app 之外的任何地方,关闭该页面后即从内存中清除。
Brew Science 只在两种情况下发起网络请求,且都只连接我们自己的服务器 api.brewscience.win:
除此之外零网络:精选配方、瓶装水数据、全部计算与你的所有记录都在设备本地。
目前没有接入任何第三方统计、广告或用户行为追踪服务。
我们计划推出内购,解锁部分高级数据(如磨豆机刻度换算库)。届时:

Brew Science 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童,也不会有意收集其个人信息。
如果我们的数据处理方式发生实质性变化(例如启用云同步或账号系统),会在此更新本政策并说明生效日期。
"iCloud 备份"（Pro）把你的数据备份到你自己的 iCloud 私有容器：由 Apple 在你的账户下加密和同步，不经过我们的服务器，我们没有任何途径读取。在系统设置退出 iCloud 或关闭本 app 的 iCloud 权限即完全停用。
"赏味期提醒"（Pro）使用 iOS 本地通知：提醒的排程与触发完全在你的设备上完成，不经过任何服务器，也不上传任何数据。在系统设置里关闭通知权限即完全停用。

Brew Science is an offline-first coffee toolkit app. Our design principle: collect nothing we don't need, keep everything on your device that we can.
Brew Science currently sends none of your personal data to any server. Everything you enter in the app — tasting notes, bean-freshness logs, custom brew recipes, your signature, language and appearance settings — is stored only on your device (via the OS's local database), never uploaded, synced, or seen by us.
Uninstalling the app deletes this local data. We have no server-side account system, so there's nothing else to separately delete.
The Grind Size feature needs a photo (taken or picked from your library) to analyze grind coarseness on your device. That photo is processed entirely on your device, is never uploaded, is never saved anywhere outside the app, and is cleared from memory once you leave that screen.
Brew Science makes network requests in exactly two situations, both only to our own server api.brewscience.win:
Everything else is zero-network: curated recipes, bottled-water data, all calculations and all of your records stay on-device.
No third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking is integrated at this time.
We plan to introduce in-app purchases to unlock certain premium datasets (like the grinder conversion library). When that launches:
We'll update this policy before that feature ships.
Brew Science is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If how we handle data changes materially (e.g. if we add cloud sync or accounts), we'll update this policy here with a new effective date.
iCloud backup (Pro) stores your data in your own private iCloud container: encrypted and synced by Apple under your account. It never touches our servers and we have no way to read it. Signing out of iCloud, or disabling iCloud for this app in Settings, disables it completely.
Freshness reminders (Pro) use iOS local notifications: scheduling and delivery happen entirely on your device — no server involved, nothing uploaded. Turning off notification permission in Settings disables them completely.
